2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use DrawingManager for commercial or personal purposes subject to the following restrictions:

  • You must maintain an active paid subscription to use the software
  • The software may be installed on one computer per license
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. Subscription Terms

DrawingManager is offered as a subscription service. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew every month
  • Yearly subscriptions renew every year
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

4. Payment Terms

All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the software for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription verification
  • Use the software in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

7. Intellectual Property

DrawingManager and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the software.
