We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with DrawingManager within 30 days of your initial purchase, we'll provide a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Be a first-time subscriber (renewals are not eligible for this guarantee)
  • Contact us with a valid reason for the refund request

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next period.

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and typically apply to situations such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented use of the software
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service disruptions beyond our reasonable control

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Free Trials

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment was collected.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the 30-day initial period
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Subscriptions canceled after 30 days from initial purchase

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or bank, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
