Speed matters most when you’re doing real work: narrowing results by file type, combining property filters, and searching multiple fields at once. DrawingManager is optimized for this style of search, so performance stays snappy even when queries get more specific.

DrawingManager is a local Windows application. Searches run against a local index, which avoids cloud latency and keeps response times consistent. Your experience doesn’t depend on VPN performance, server load, or remote API calls.
